Greene’s Energy Group (GEG), a provider of integrated testing, rentals and specialty services, has added Pierre Domingue, competency training manager, to its training team and promoted Dwayne Doucet, corporate HSE manager and Steven Langlinais, global QHSE manager, within its QHSE program, announced CEO Bob Vilyus.
Based in Lafayette, Domingue works with all levels of leadership and across multiple business units to ensure employees have the competencies and skills to service customers and meet business goals through training and assessment programs. Domingue’s seven years of oil and gas experience includes positions such as MWD/LWD engineer for Halliburton and crew foreman for Coastal Corrosion Control Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science in biological science with a minor in anthropology from Louisiana State University.
As the corporate HSE manager, Doucet addresses agency compliance and liability issues. He is responsible for reviewing internal HSE policies as well as developing new recommendations for risk assessments. Prior to his promotion, Doucet was the regional QHSE specialist and supervised the safety operation for the testing and service business unit. He has 13 years of oil and gas experience in drilling, production, construction and pipeline fields. Doucet attended Louisiana Technical College and received a certification as an emergency medical technician.
In his role as global QHSE manager, Langlinais focuses on policy and program development, audits and trainings. Additionally, he handles contractor criteria, incident investigations, industrial hygiene monitoring, interfacing with regulatory agencies and providing litigation support. Langlinais has more than 35 years of industry experience and has worked at GEG since 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science in safety and industrial hygiene from the University of Houston along with various regulatory and industry certifications.
