Greene’s Energy Group (GEG) named David Lang as Mid-Continent Regional Manager for the Testing and Services business unit, announced President Eric Langlinais.

Based in Lafayette, La., Lang will provide leadership, direction and operational support to the facility managers in the Bossier City, La.; Kilgore, Texas; Ardmore and Weatherford, Okla.; Ft. Lang has more than 40 years of oil and gas experience in various aspects of the industry – domestic and international.  His work experience spans positions ranging from roughneck, to sales and operations, to co-ownership of Lang Tools Inc. to owner and operator of Eagle Oilfield Services – which was purchased by GEG in 2005.

“What makes David a prominent leader is his knowledge of the industry as a whole and his wealth of experience in various outlets within the energy sector,” said Langlinais. “He can relate to employees and give experienced advice while maintaining professional and efficient working relationships.”
