Drydocks World Office in Abu Dhabi

Drydocks World, a ship repair, conversion and new building yard, announced the establishment of its representative office in Abu Dhabi.

Hamed Mohammed Bin Lahej, - Drydocks World Executive Vice Chairman and Regional CEO for the Middle East, Asia and Africa, inaugurated the office.  He said, “The UAE capital offers great potential for our line of business. Setting up a representative office in Abu Dhabi will help address the increasing needs of the rapidly developing city and the premier oil and marine industry based there.”

The office was inaugurated on the sidelines of the Middle East Workboats Exhibition that took place recently at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, where Drydocks World showcased its long proven expertise in handling a range of workboats including Diving Support Vessels, Maintenance Support Vessels, Platform Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs, Fire Rescue Boats, Offshore Supply Tugs, Subsea Operational Vessels, Super Heavyweight Construction Vessels and Topside Maintenance Vessels.

The office will be headed by Adel Al Rustamani – Manager, Public Relations of Drydocks World - Dubai, who was present at the opening along with other senior Drydocks World officials.
