Diana Containerships Sells m/v Puelo

 Diana Containerships announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of one of its Post-Panamax container vessels, the m/v Puelo, with the delivery of the vessel to her new owners.

 
The global shipping company specializing in the ownership of containerships said that after the delivery of the vessel the Company will prepay approximately US$19.4 million of its existing indebtedness, after which the outstanding indebtedness will be approximately US$19.5 million. 
 
That amount is expected to be fully and finally settled upon completion of the previously announced sale of a Post-Panamax container vessel, the m/v Hamburg, latest by July 31, 2018.
 
Upon completion of the sale of m/v Hamburg, Diana Containerships Inc.’s fleet will consist of 4 container vessels (2 Post-Panamax and 2 Panamax).
