Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd (MES) said the members, directors, corporate auditors and their respective roles have been unofficially been decided. The positions will be resolved formally at the board of directors’ meeting to be held after the close of the 110th annual general shareholders meeting.
