Danos Announces Organizational Changes

Oil and gas operations partner Danos announced several personnel adjustments in various areas throughout the company.

Mark Danos was named Division Manager of Construction and Fabrication. Mark joined Danos earlier this year as a Project Coordinator after eight years with ExxonMobil. Mark worked in various project management roles with ExxonMobil in Spain, Italy, Nigeria, Gibraltar, Angola and the U.S. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is the latest of the third generation owners to join the company.

John Bigleris is now serving in a dual role of Account Executive for large construction projects and Bidding and Estimating Manager responsible for restructuring the bidding and estimating group for the organization. John has been with Danos for 18 years during which time he has held a variety of roles in both sales and operational management. John holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Danos welcomed James Callahan as Director of Finance and Administration. James has held previous roles as Chief Executive Officer at Superior Shipyard and Fabrication and Chief Operating Officer for a S.J.I., Inc., a privately held telecommunications company. James is a graduate of Nicholls State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Longtime Chief Financial Officer, Jack Mulvihill retired in July. Mr. Mulvihill served as Director of Finance for 13 years and was instrumental in navigating the company forward through significant changes such as the sale of a division, transition of ownership and changes in leadership.
