Danish Maritime Authority Domicile in Korsør Found

December 11, 2016

Now a lease agreement has been concluded with the Glasværket A/S in the town of Korsør on the rental of premises for the future domicile of the Danish Maritime Authority.

The Danish Building & Property Agency has, on behalf of the Danish Maritime Authority, concluded a lease agreement for a total of 6,815 square metres in the building known as Glasværket in Korsør.

Previously, the premises have been used for production activities and, therefore, a major rebuilding will be required before the almost 200 employees from the Danish Maritime Authority can move in.

Director General Andreas Nordseth from the Danish Maritime Authority: ”I am pleased that a lease agreement has been concluded now so that we know where we are to be domiciled. We are striving to secure growth and safety in Blue Denmark, and I look forward to continuing this work in Korsør. I look forward to a good working relationship with the municipality, the town and the port and all our other partners."
