Cruisers Yachts Customer Satisfaction Award

August 21, 2009

Cruisers Yachts received the CSI Award, the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) highest customer satisfaction recognition. 2009 marks the eighth year in a row that the Wisconsin manufacturer has received the honor in the category of “Inboard Express Cruiser Boats,” every year since the award’s inception.

To be recognized, a CSI Award recipient must have achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who have purchased a new boat during the period from April 2008 to March 2009. The recipients of the 2009 CSI Award were announced on Wednesday, July 29.
