Congressman Costello Visits JA Moody

Congressman Ryan Costello (R-PA-06) visited marine equipment distributor JA Moody in Malvern, Pa., witnessing firsthand the skilled jobs and businesses that the production of U.S. Navy amphibious warships brings to the region and to the local economy.

 

JA Moody is a Veteran Owned Small Business and distributor of marine products including valves, piping, fittings and valve actuators for U.S. Navy amphibious warships. 

 

During his tour, Congressman Costello met with the employees at JA Moody to discuss the unique and valuable skills they contribute to the industrial base that supplies parts and products critical to the U.S. Navy’s amphibious warship program.

 

“I am pleased to see the quality of work being done in here in my own district that directly contributes to our local economy and the strength of our national defense,” stated Congressman Costello.  “Having the opportunity to visit facilities like this helps Members of Congress better understand and appreciate the importance of continued funding for the U.S. Navy fleet to facilitate jobs in our districts and to maintain our national security.”
