Burger Boat Company has just launched the SYCARA IV, a motor yacht in the tradition of J. P. Morgan’s Corsair. The engineers at Burger were challenged to create a composite mast and bow sprit, but wished to maintain the look and feel of wood in keeping with the style of the boat.

Working with Awlgrip, the two companies developed a system that uses all-Awlgrip products to create faux wood that will look and last as long as any of Awlgrip’s remarkable coatings.
