Braemar Acquires BMT Marine & Offshore

BMT Marine & Offshore Surveys, which incorporates The Salvage Association and Murray Fenton, is delighted to announce that the business and assets of the company have been acquired by Braemar Shipping Services Plc, a leading international provider of shipbroking, consultancy, technical, logistics and other services to the shipping and energy industries. Nigel Clark, Managing Director of BMT Marine & Offshore Surveys, said: “We are delighted with the outcome of this sale process and we believe this is a tremendous opportunity for the future of our business. We will continue to service the marine and marine insurance markets to our usual high standards. We are looking forward to working alongside Braemar within its existing technical services division which provides a range of marine surveying, adjusting and consultancy services to the marine and energy sectors.”
