Braemar Acquires BMT Marine & Offshore

BMT Marine & Offshore Surveys, which incorporates The Salvage Association and Murray Fenton, is delighted to announce that the business and assets of the company have been acquired by Braemar Shipping Services Plc, a leading international provider of shipbroking, consultancy, technical, logistics and other services to the shipping and energy industries. Nigel Clark, Managing Director of BMT Marine & Offshore Surveys, said: “We are delighted with the outcome of this sale process and we believe this is a tremendous opportunity for the future of our business. We will continue to service the marine and marine insurance markets to our usual high standards.
