Asahi/America Promotes Hansen to VP

Asahi/America, Inc. has promoted Michael J. Hansen to Vice President of the Western Region and International Operations.
 
Since August 2015, Hansen has been handling the reporting and strategic planning of Asahi/America’s sales operations in South America, the Pacific Islands, and, most recently, the company’s entrance into the Australian marketplace. In addition to these responsibilities, Hansen will continue to oversee Asahi/America’s team of sales representatives west of the Mississippi River, and assist Asahi/America district sales managers and their distributors with sales and specification efforts for Asahi/America’s full family of thermoplastic fluid flow products. 
 
Hansen has been with Asahi/America since 2002 as district sales manager. He is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in biochemistry.
