CMA CGM America Reorganization

CMA CGM would like to announce the reorganization of CMA CGM America LLC, the U.S. agent of the CMA CGM Group, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, with the departure of Frank Baragona, Chairman of CMA CGM America LLC.

After a successful career in the shipping industry and nine years as head of CMA CGM America, Frank Baragona will be leaving the CMA CGM Group at the end of 2013 for retirement.

As of November 2013, Marc Bourdon, General Manager of CMA CGM do Brazil, will take on the position of General Manager of CMA CGM America LLC and will closely be working with: Todd Rives, Chief Commercial Officer; Ed McCarthy, Chief Operating Officer and Jim Arnold, Chief Financial Officer, already in place in Norfolk.

Marc Bourdon, who has been working in the transportation industry for 20 years and who has joined the CMA CGM Group 14 years ago, has an extensive experience in agency management.
