September 8, 2014

In response to the landslide that occurred in Japan’s Hiroshima prefecture on August 20, the NYK Group has decided to collect donations from executives and employees throughout the group to aid those who were affected. NYK has deep compassion for those harmed by this disaster and offers its wishes for a quick recovery.

Donations collected will be given to Japan Platform (JPF)* and will be used as funds for disaster support activities in the affected areas by JPF member organizations (NGOs).

The NYK Group will continue its efforts to be proactively involved in contributing to society as a good corporate citizen.
