New Fleet Tracking Software

(Press Release)
Tuesday, November 22, 2011
NecesSea, L.L.C., a new private company in Covington owned by Jennifer Comeaux will launch its management solutions software for the Oil & Gas Industry during Workboat 2011 on November 30, in New Orleans.  A demonstration and launch party will be held at the New Orleans Marriott.
NecesSea provides Software and a Service (SaaS) which dynamically builds operational software integrated with real time fleet tracking technology to provide users the ability to achieve best practice workflow within the oil and gas logistics industry.  We uniquely offer the efficiency of a single, web-hosted database that is replicated locally and updated at client specific intervals.  It can replicate instantly if internet service is available (i.e. onshore, VSAT) or replicate at specific time intervals if low band width is used (i.e. iridium, store and forward satellite).  Clients enter data one time and process it multiple times, both internally and externally, as needed.  NecesSea tailors all user accessibility based upon corporate client decisions.
After meeting with a customer to define their workflow, NecesSea has the ability to deploy to the customer within days.  Data required to populate customer applications can be accomplished with automated entry from third party software applications, thereby reducing the need for manual data entry.  Our subscription includes IT support.  Our fleet management solutions software modules include Sales and Customer Management, Activities (liftboats, workboats, shore based operations & management), Cost Tracking, Cargo, Personnel Management (passenger and crew), Position and Mapping, and Reporting.
