UK-based Oilennium completes a series of customised eLearning training programmes for Seajacks, UK-based liftboat operator

Initially, Seajacks contacted Oilennium in search of a way to provide effective, cost-effective training for its employees.  The first requirement was to work with Seajacks to enhance the company’s Health and Safety training programme.

To achieve this, Oilennium provided Seajacks with access to a wide range of Health and Safety courses through its Learning Management System (LMS), an online user-friendly system that features interactive training tools to maximise retention.

These courses, which are currently being taken by 150 employees around the world, provide training in confined space entry, task-based risk assessment, COSHH, manual handling, lifting operations, and noise awareness

Every new Seajacks employee undertakes the full range of Health and Safety training and Vessel Induction.  Employees use the LMS to access modules, which are available through the Oilennium website. Courses are available to all Seajacks staff, whether they are at one of the company’s locations in England and Bermuda or working offshore on one of its vessels.
