Sonardyne Achieves Worldwide OHSAS 18001 Accreditation

Subsea technology company Sonardyne International Ltd. announced today that its UK sites in Yateley, Aberdeen and Plymouth have been awarded OHSAS 18001 Safety Management System Standard accreditation following successful audits at all three sites.

Sonardyne's overseas subsidiaries, Sonardyne Brasil Ltda., Sonardyne Asia Pte. Ltd. and Sonardyne Inc., have also recently earned OHSAS 18001certification.

Developed by leading trade and international standards bodies, the Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Specification (OHSAS) provides a framework for organizations to instigate proper and effective management of workplace health and safety.
