Tony Duncan Joins McDermott Subsea Division

McDermott International announce that Tony Duncan is to join the company as Vice President & General Manager, Subsea.

Tony has a broad offshore oil and gas industry background, including holding senior and executive management roles for the last 15 years, after progressing through engineering, project and operations management positions. He has served in various positions with global marine engineering and construction contractors Subsea 7, Technip, CSO and Aker Maritime.  His experience covers developing, growing and leading organizations through significant change to meet the demands of the SURF and deepwater business. Tony has spent much of his career in Houston and the North Sea region, and currently resides in London.

Educated in Scotland, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Offshore Engineering from Robert Gordon Institute of Technology (Aberdeen), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dundee.

In this role, Tony is responsible for driving and growing our global Subsea business, specifically in terms of building profitable backlog, increasing capability and expanding capacity,” said Jack McCormack, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. "“Tony will report directly to me and office in our London location.”"
