Missouri River Navigation Prohibition

The US Coast Guard has established a temporary safety zone on the Missouri River prohibiting navigation between mile marker 360 at Kansas City, Missouri to mile marker 450 at St. Joseph, Missouri. 84 Fed. Reg. 10417 (3/21/19) [https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2019-03-21/pdf/2019-05372.pdf].
