GEOxyz Group has launched a new U.K. headquarters for offshore geophysical, geotechnical and ROV survey headed by Sarah Cashmore, who has been hired as General Manager of the Norwich facility.
Founded by Patrick Reyntjens in 1999, GEOxyz has since developed into a survey company employing more than 110 people across five European bases. GEOxyz owns and operates 16 vessels as well as a range of seabed mapping and sampling equipment, which is deployable across its vessel, ROV, drone and surface mapping platforms. In recent years GEOxyz has moved into the offshore markets with the purchase of dedicated vessels and utilizing vessels of opportunity.
The new U.K. base will be focused on global oil and gas exploration and maintenance in addition to home markets.
