As a precursor to the launch of Regs4ships’ eight-month ‘Go Digital’ campaign, we are proud to announce the launch of our 17th flag product for our Digital Maritime Regulations Service.
From 1st February 2013, Regs4ships will offer a Vanuatu regulations product that contains all relevant flag state documentation along with digital copies of SOLAS, MARPOL and STCW, ILO Conventions and EU Legislation. Specifically customers will have access to Vanuatu maritime Acts, regulations, bulletins, fleet safety letters and forms.
Customers will also have the option to subscribe to additional IMO and international regulatory guidance, codes and conventions including the much sought after IMDG Code.
Regs4ships already supplies flag state regulations to the largest names in the maritime industry and we have successfully targeted fleets flagged to 16 of the world’s most popular flag states, including Panama, the Red Ensign Group flags, Liberia and the Marshall Islands.
Access to the Regs4ships Digital Maritime Regulations service is available in the management office, where fleet managers, HSEQ executives and DPAs have access to a web-based version of the product. This particularly suits the needs of those who require access to compliance documentation from multiple locations across the planet.
Vessels can utilize the service by subscribing to our compliance disc service. We send out bi-monthly update discs that contain the required flag state documentation along with amendments and updates to the international legislation. Because we do the work for you, all you need to do is look at the update dashboard to see what has changed.
Our vessel compliance solution is recognized by flag states and the IMO as being digitally equivalent for their carriage of nautical publication requirements, which means vessels can carry our discs on board and dispense with regulations printed on paper – saving the management company time and money. Updates are sent every two months to maintain compliance.
Additional flags are being prepared for launch in 2013 and the 18th product will be launched in the spring. Further details will be released in due course.
