Rolls-Royce announces today that Alan Davies has resigned as a Non-Executive Director and is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. He joined the Board on 1 November 2015 and was a member of the Nominations and Governance Committee, the Audit Committee and the Safety and Ethics Committee.

The Group has a strong commitment to apprentice and graduate recruitment and to further developing employee skills. In 2015 we employed 228 graduates and 277 apprentices through our worldwide training programmes.
