Authorisation to Perform Transit Pilotage

 Pilotage service providers who wish to perform transit pilotage assignments in Danish territorial waters of Oeresund and the Great Belt during the years 2016–2019 can apply for authorisation at the Danish Maritime Authority. Closing date is 1 May 2015.

For the first time, private pilotage service providers can apply for authorisation to perform transit pilotage assignments in the Danish territorial waters of Oeresund and the Great Belt in the years 2016 to 2019. Each pilotage service provider can apply for up to 600 assignments annually. Applications must be made before 1 May 2015. 
How to apply
All applicants can expect a decision from the Danish Maritime Authority before 1 July 2015. Find more information and guidance on application and criteria in the process description of the authorisation scheme and in the order on a transit pilotage authorisation scheme.
