The M/V "MANSOUR M" with IMO number 7600586 has been banned for the 3rd time after subsequent detentions after the second refusal of access order in the Paris MoU region.

The ship was detained on 31 October 2014 in the anchorage of Rhodes (Greece) and left on 3 November 2014 without complying with the conditions by Rhodes Port State Control Offices.

The ship flies the flag of the Republic of Moldova and was banned for the first time in 2011 by Greece and for the second time in 2013 in Slovenia.

As this is the third refusal of access order the period of the refusal of access will be 24 months.
