Parmaris Appoints New Sales Manager

Parmaris, a U.K. manufacturer of lifejackets, appointed Pete Evans as Sales Manager.

Pete, who formerly worked for Crewsaver for more than 16 years has a wealth of experience in the safety equipment sector which he brings to the company, including a number of years focussed on cruise and ferry commercial sales as well as commercial export and the leisure sector. Pete is also a very experienced racing sailor with many offshore and inshore miles under his belt, so he has first hand experience of using safety equipment at sea.

The appointment coincides with an expansion programme at Parmaris, as the company adds 1000 sq ft of additional premises to their existing production facility in Birkenhead.

Parmaris, a family owned business, produces a full range of lifejackets for commercial, industrial, fishing, military and aviation sectors, as well as leisure marine and has been in business for 16 years. Its range of lifejackets include  the Raider, Highfit, Prolite and Seafit models. Parmaris’ client base includes fire brigades, rescue services and traditional marine distribution routes through chandlers and marine outlets as well as manufacturing for many highly regarded own-branding customers.
