With recorded setting sales over the past three years, a whole new generation of designers and operators are discovering the advantages of two cycle engines for responsiveness, durability and ease of maintenance.”

In addition to the classification societies, EMD two-cycle engines are US EPA Tier II emissions certified and have recently received IMO Annex VI Tier II certification which is required for engines delivered after January 1, 2011.
