David Zacharias, the Supervisor of Apprenticeship for American Maritime Holdings (AMH), has earned a Master Trainer certificate and also an Administrator certificate from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). As a Master Trainer he can instruct and certify craft instructors. As an Administrator he can train coordinators and proctors through the National Craft Assessment and Certifications program. Both certifications are part of the NCCER's goals to provide a safe, productive, and sustainable workforce of craft professionals.
