Djibouti's decision to
end a contract with DP World to run its Doraleh Container Terminal will make it difficult for Africa to attract investment, DP World's chairman Sultan bin Sulayem told a news conference after reporting full-year earnings.
He said the company doesn't know what motivated Djibouti to
seize the container terminal.
