Transocean's Brazil Offshore Injunction Partially Suspended

Petrobras announce the Supreme Court of Justice partially suspends the injunction ordering shutdown of Transocean activities.

This suspension by the Supreme Court of Justice, which is in response to an action filed by Brazil's National Petroleum Agency (ANP), allows for – "Transocean to continue its activities in Brazil, in locations other than Frade field".
