TOTE’s Carlile Names New VP

Carlile Transportation Systems, Inc., a TOTE Logistics company, has named Henri Legal Vice President, LTL & Facilities.

Henri will be responsible for setting the strategy and business plan for Carlile’s LTL and Facility locations. He joins Carlile most recently from Western Canada Express, Inc. where he was the Vice President, Western Canada Operations and Vice President, Portside Warehousing and Distribution.

Legal has extensive leadership, operations, employee development and strategic planning experience and is looking forward to growing Carlile’s business. Legal is familiar with Pacific Northwest and Canadian markets, having worked in both markets for many years.

One of Alaska's largest trucking companies, with over 350 tractors, Carlile offers a full range of transportation and logistics services including project logistics and supply chain management, freight consolidation and multimodal transportation.

Carlile owns and operates terminals that serve Alaska from Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Kodiak, Prudhoe Bay and Seward, as well as Seattle, Wash., Houston, Texas, Blaine, Minn., and Edmonton, Alberta.
