Steward to Lead BMT Nigel Gee Business Development

Jason Steward has been appointed business development manager of BMT Nigel Gee, a role in which he will support the expansion of business in both new and existing markets, delivering design and engineering services within the commercial, offshore energy, defense and yacht sectors, BMT said.
Steward, a University of New South Wales graduate in naval architecture, has more than 20 years’ experience in the marine market, with previous roles including regional manager for Austal Ships, consultant to defense at professional technical services firm Jacobs Australia and most recently business development manager at BMT Design & Technology based in Melbourne, Australia. Steward is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CEng MRINA), a member of the Professional Affairs Committee of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, and has an MBA in Marketing.
