Steelhead Marine, a North American crane manufacturer, has expanded its product offering with the launch of the new E Series 1000 crane.

Suited for commercial and recreational vessels, the E Series crane is available primarily in a 1,000-lb model with a 1,500-lb model available on special order. One of the lightest and quietest cranes in its class, the E Series 1000 features low-profile aluminum construction, Amsteel blue synthetic rope and wireless control as standard features. Options include 350-degree power rotation, manual extension/retraction, and Alexseal yacht coating or anodized aluminum finish.

“Built on the same durable and reliable platform as the popular ES Series, the E Series 1000 presents an economical choice with many standard features from our current cranes, offered instead as options. This allows the client to pick and choose the exact functions they require, and minimize the price to match their specific needs. This introduction is a direct result of listening to the feedback of current and prospective clients and opens new market opportunities for us,” said Dave Marsden, general sales manager for Steelhead Marine.
