Smith Replaces Booth as Sr. Independent Director, Rolls-Royce

Following the announcement on 12 February 2016 that Lewis Booth would step down as Senior Independent Director once a successor had been identified, Rolls-Royce Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of Sir Kevin Smith as Senior Independent Director.

This appointment will take effect after the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2016, and Lewis Booth will continue in role until then. Lewis will continue as a Non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee.

 
Save as disclosed above, there are no further details to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.11 (3) & (4) of the Listing Rules in respect of Lewis Booth or Kevin Smith.
