Ship Simulator Finalist at I/ITSEC 2009

VSTEP announced that Ship Simulator Professional has been nominated by a jury of industry professionals, academia and DOD/military professionals for the category of Best Serious Game and eligible to win the People’s Choice Award in the 2009 Serious Games Showcase & Challenge. As a finalist, Ship Simulator Professional will be shown at the SGS&C pavilion at the Interservice/Industry Training Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). This exhibition will take place on November 30 - December 3rd in Orlando, Florida.

The goal of Serious Games Showcase & Challenge is to identify innovative game-based technologies and solutions that improve training across all segments for individuals, groups and systems. The winner of the challenge will be announced at the SGS&C pavilion on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 10AM.

VSTEP will furthermore be demonstrating Ship Simulator Professional as well as its other virtual training solutions during I/ITSEC 2009 at booth #2828.
