Samson reported it has again received the Circle of Excellence Award given to companies earning the distinction of Customer Satisfaction Excellence from the National Business Research Institute (NBRI).
In 2014 NBRI conducted a survey on behalf of Samson to measure customer satisfaction and provided survey results which revealed trends unique to Samson customers along with benchmark survey results against other companies within an industry classification.
To qualify for the Circle of Excellence award, Samson scored above the 75th percentile when measured against NBRI’s Benchmarking Database. The 2014 survey showed an overall 5% improvement in customer satisfaction compared to a similar survey conducted by NBRI on behalf of Samson in 2011, with 97% of respondents indicating that they would recommend Samson to others.
