BMT Reliability Consultants (BMT), a subsidiary of BMT Group Ltd, an international maritime design, engineering and risk management consultancy, announced the appointment of Dan Oakley as Sales Director.
Holding a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Fluid Power Systems, Oakley has over 20 years’ experience specializing in systems engineering, primarily in the defense and aerospace domain. Previously employed as Business Manager for a global defense prime contractor, Oakley was responsible for identifying, pursuing, negotiating, and winning a number of key strategic contracts for complex projects on overseas submarine programs.
BMT Reliability Consultants delivers decision support solutions t o the defense, maritime and transport industries. Oakley's new role at BMT will see him take responsibility for developing customer relationships and supporting the company’s continuing expansion and development.
