Novorossiisk Port Resumes Oil Loadings

Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Friday that oil loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk had resumed after a storm.
Transneft added in a statement, however, that weather conditions at the port remained unstable.
