Mistry Resigns as a Director of Bumi Armada

Malaysia-based international offshore energy facilities and services provider Bumi Armada Berhad  has announced that its Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, Shapoorji Pallonji Mistry, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Group.

Mistry joined the Board of Bumi Armada in October 2014. Mistry is the Chairman of the Shapoorji Pallonji group, a conglomerate involved in construction, real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy.
