Meijer Steps Down as Huisman CEO

André Meijer will step down from his position as CEO of Huisman, with immediate effect. The company said it will implement an internal solution and adjust the management structure accordingly, if required. Joop Roodenburg will remain involved in the day-to-day management of the company and continue in his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Huisman is a globally operating company with extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of heavy construction equipment for on- and offshore companies. The equipment, either being stand-alone to highly engineered and integrated systems is designed and manufactured under own management, from concept to installation and service. The operations are divided between the offices in The Netherlands, Australia, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Norway, Singapore and the USA and the production facilities in The Netherlands, Brazil, Czech Republic and China.
