McLean Advises SigInt on Novetta Acquisition

The McLean Group acted as the exclusive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor to SigInt Technologies, LLC (SigInt) on its purchase by Novetta Solutions, LLC (Novetta), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005, SigInt provides Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Intelligence Analysis solutions to the Intelligence Community.

Headquartered in McLean, Va. and with more than 500 employees across the U.S., Novetta provides agile big data solutions and services to government and commercial organizations worldwide. Its advanced identity, cyber and social analytics support the Intelligence Community. SigInt will be integrated into Novetta's Cyber SIGINT and Discovery Division (CSD) which is based in Columbia, Md. and led by Senior Vice President John Skordas.
