Marjorie Shymske Appointed President of Quest Construction

Quest Specialty Chemicals, a leader in the specialty coatings industry, appoints 'Marj' Shymske president of its subsidiary.

With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management, with an emphasis on assembling effective teams and successful business expansion, Shymske is an established leader in the building materials industry.

Shymske’s substantial experience in both Fortune 500 and private equity owned environments, ranging from building sales organizations to developing go to market strategies, will help Quest Construction Products deliver differential value and revenue growth in both existing and new markets.

 Prior to joining Quest Construction Products, Shymske served as President and CEO of Victor Oolitic Stone Company. She led the successful turnaround and transformation of the firm, from Chapter 11 status through subsequent equity offering and merger. During her 27-year career with Owens Corning, she served in several sales management roles, including Director of Sales.
