Kritzman Joins Fowler White Burnett

Corporate Attorney Kritzman Joins Firm as Shareholder.

 

Fowler White Burnett, P.A. said that Mr. Robert Kritzman has joined the firm as a Shareholder at the Fowler White Burnett downtown Miami office working in their general practice group.  



Kritzman has an extensive background in corporate transactions, including financings and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate investigations, government relations and a broad range of maritime matters.  Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Mr. Kritzman was a partner at the firm of K&L Gates LLP.  He gained vast corporate and transactional experience having served thirteen years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Lines.  While at NCL, Mr. Kritzman also fulfilled various executive and management responsibilities in addition to the General Counsel role.

Mr. Kritzman earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida, College of Business. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, College of Law. He is a member of the International Section of the American Bar Association.  In addition, he is a member of the Corporation, Banking, and Business and International sections of The Florida Bar.
