Rio De Janeiro Pilot Tariff to Rise

The Rio de Janeiro state pilot tariff will increase by 5.62% from May 1, 2014, said GAC in its daily hot Port News alert. The new tariff will be valid for one year.

According to local agency union, pilots had initially requested an increase of 7%.
