Reference is made to the announcement on 30 March 2015 appointing Svein Tore Holsether as new President and Chief Executive Officer of Yara International ASA.
Holsether will join Yara on 9 September 2015, succeeding acting CEO Torgeir Kvidal who on the same date will resume his previous position as Chief Financial Officer.
