New Health, Safety & Diving Courses in UAE

Unique Group, an integrated turnkey subsea and offshore solution provider, has collaborated with Singapore –based KBA Training Centre (KBAT) to offer a series of health, safety and diving courses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

KBAT is a training provider in Asia Pacific offering health and safety consultancy and courses approved by international accrediting bodies such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CIEH, IMCA and IRATA. The courses that will be delivered in the UAE are NEBOSH, IOSH, CIEH, IMCA and other bespoke trainings in the offshore marine, diving and safety industries.
With an increasing importance to promote good health, safety and environmental practices in the Middle East region, the joint alliance has been timely and beneficial for both the safety and diving professionals, the Unique Group said, adding that the synergy for safety, training and competence by both organizations ensures quality and relevant training solutions to the range of onshore construction and offshore marine industries.
The course schedule is as follows:
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety (August 30-September 10, 2015)
  • NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil & Gas Operational Safety (September 12-17, 2015)
  • IOSH Accident Investigation (September 5-6, 2015)
  • IMCA Trainee AIR Diving Supervisors (October 18-22, 2015)
  • IMCA Diver Medic Technician (October 4-13, 2015) and Refresher (November 1-5, 2015)
