Haaijer Nominated to Boskalis' Board

Ilona Haaijer has been nominated as member of the supervisory board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V., following the board's decision to increase the number of its members from six to seven.

Haaijer has the Dutch nationality and is President & CEO of DSM Food Specialties and member of the Business Council of Royal DSM N.V. Haaijer has formerly occupied the positions of Non-Executive Director and Board Member of RPC Group Ltd, President of DSM Personal Care and CEO of Philips AVENT.
 
The nomination for appointment as member of the supervisory board for a period of four years will be proposed to the shareholders during an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on November 10, 2016.
