3Si Group Acquires Richard Irvin Marine Safety

Safety and Survival Systems International Ltd (3Si) has announced their latest acquisition, Richard Irvin Energy Solutions Marine Safety Division in Scotland, for an undisclosed sum.  The Aberdeen based business is a key supplier into the offshore industry with a variety of safety products and services.
 
The Richard Irvin Marine Safety business will join Ocean Safety, Typhoon International and International Safety Products alongside Revere Survival Inc. within the group, to further complement the growing portfolio of products and services offered.
