Greencarrier to Open in Denmark

Thursday, March 4, 2010

The Gothenburg-headquartered logistics specialist Greencarrier will open its first office in Denmark with the renaming on March 1, 2010 of the recently acquired NTN Denmark A/S. To be known in future as Greencarrier Denmark A/S, the company is based in Copenhagen where it has two offices, one in Herlev and one in Glostrup. Contact details for its headquarters in Herlev are:
Turbinvej 11
2730 Herlev
Denmark.
Tel: +45 44 88 10 20.

Greencarrier has been expanding its presence throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic region and the creation of Greencarrier Denmark fills a gap in its coverage. Niklas Olsson, MD Greencarrier International, commented:

Another of the 16 companies acquired from NTN in December, Oslo-based Schianders Intersped AS will also become part of Greencarrier at the beginning of March. Specializing in road transport, distribution and warehousing, it will temporarily adopt the name Greencarrier Intersped AS until later this year when it will be merged into Greencarrier Norway AS.

It will retain all of its account-handling staff in order to maintain continuity with its existing customer base. According to Greencarrier, there will be no redundancies and contact details will remain as before.
