Foreign Crew/Vessels to Notify Immigration at Cilacap, Indonesia

Notice of foreign vessels and crew arriving at PTK Cabang Cilacap (the Government terminal in Cilacap) must be sent to the Immigration office at least 48 hours (2x24 hours) before arrival.

Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a fine of up to (equivalent to approximately USD 4,200).

Based on the above, the Appointment Letter or Notice of Vessel Arrival should be provided to the agent at least two days in advance.
