Evergreen Line, COSCO Partner for Adriatic-Israel Service

Evergreen Line and COSCO have partnered to operate a joint Adriatic – Israel (AIS) Service in an initiative to open up the corridor between North Adriatic ports, Piraeus and Israel.
Two ships of around 1,000 TEU – one each operated by the joint service partners – will be deployed on a 14-day rotation for the new weekly service, focusing especially on reefer cargo.
Port rotation is as follows: Koper, Slovenia; Ravenna, Italy; Venice, Italy; Piraeus, Greece; Haifa, Israel; Ashdod, Israel; and Koper, Slovenia. The first sailing will be from Koper on October 4.
